Consultation & document review
A call, a WhatsApp message or a visit to either office. You share the notice, order, FIR or agreement; the chamber reads every page before giving a view on remedy, forum and limitation.
Synopsis & course of action
A one-page synopsis — facts in one paragraph, course of action in the next — with the forum, the governing statute, a realistic timeline and the probable cost, so you decide with the full picture.
Pre-litigation notice or representation
Where the law requires it, a legal notice, statutory representation or appeal to the departmental authority is sent first — often resolving the matter without a court filing.
Drafting, annexures & filing
The petition, indexed and stamped annexures, affidavits and vakalatnama are prepared and e-filed or presented before the correct court or tribunal, with interim relief moved on the first date.
Hearing, order & appeal
Affidavits are exchanged, the matter is argued to a reasoned order, and — if needed — the writ, appeal or Special Leave Petition that follows is filed by the same chamber.

Yes. Send your documents by WhatsApp or e-mail and the chamber will schedule a call or video consultation. NRI and OCI clients are represented through a power of attorney in favour of the chamber’s advocate, so they need not travel for each hearing.

Yes. Special Leave Petitions, transfer petitions and appeals are briefed in Kolkata and filed and argued from the chamber’s New Delhi office, so the same team handles the High Court or tribunal stage and the Supreme Court stage.
Fees depend on the forum, the stage of the matter and the work involved, and are explained in writing before you engage the chamber — usually as a drafting-and-filing fee plus per-appearance charges. Where a matter can be resolved by a legal notice or representation, that is offered first.
Almost always. Writs, appeals, SARFAESI applications, service-matter OAs and consumer complaints all have limitation periods, some as short as 30 or 45 days from the order or notice. Contact the chamber as soon as you receive an adverse order so the deadline is not lost.
Yes.
